Every now and then there comes a time when you have to sever your ties with people or jobs, today looks like it will be the day I sever my tie with mine. It is bittersweet (as it usually always is) as I really like what I do and will miss it, but we were unable to reach a compromise (they were unwilling to give an inch) and so it is time to go. Ce la vie.

I can imagine how it feels. We'll be praying for you! (Hopefully your life will be less stressful now!)
Janelle,
Stepping out in faith. {HUGS}

I think no matter the cost you all will be happpier...that they hadn't responded in 2 weeks made me wonder if they would go for it. Lots of options out there for you. Holding you all in prayer
Janelle, so sorry it didn't work out as you had hoped. Who knows this may be a disguised blessing. Have faith and trust God through it all - we will be praying for peace.

I am sorry they were not willing to at least give it a try. However, obviously God has bigger and better plans for you. Many times in life God will close a door only to open a big window that has a much brighter view. We will hold you in prayer as you wait for that view.

Lifting you up in prayers and you make this leap of Faith!
Thank you all for your prayers and support.
Oh how I can relate...I had to sever ties with a 6 year friendship that meant the world to me, my home, my job...just about everything. Going on 9 months and The Lord has shown me much and has helped me to get over that "hump" and to truly step out on faith. Time does heal...and God is merciful!
