Today we dug a few potatoes up to check the size and general health. They seem perfect, but I've never grown potatoes. They will make a nice addition to tonights roast :)
Your potatoes look perfect! I love "new" potatoes (what we call the first, smaller, young ones of the season). In fact, I would probably dig all mine as "new" potatoes and gobble them up if someone didn't stop me. But we try to make them last through the winter after the final fall harvest. I need to go out and see how mine are doing...
